and investors play an important role in the creation of affordable
housing. WCH has relationships with many companies that provide
capital through loans, bonds and equity investment in our communities.
Government support and cooperation can make the difference in whether affordable housing is created. Government bonds and tax credits are important sources of funding to create affordable communities. Western Community works with many local governments to help them meet their affordable housing needs.
The long term value and neighborhood acceptance of below market-rate community rests on the shoulders of the property management company.
