Partners
Creating affordable housing communities takes the cooperation of many entities. Here are our strategic partners.
Western
Community Housing (WCH) works with a number of for-profit development
partners who are committed to the creation of affordable housing.
If you are interested in partnering with WCH please contact us at: 714/549-4100.
Lenders
and investors play an important role in the creation of affordable
housing. WCH has relationships with many companies that provide
capital through loans, bonds and equity investment in our communities.
To make affordable housing a reality requires many professionals with experience in the various aspects of housing development. Legal professionals, market researchers, architects and contractors all play a role in developing housing that is affordable to families and seniors in our communities.
Government support and cooperation can make the difference in whether affordable housing is created. Government bonds and tax credits are important sources of funding to create affordable communities. Western Community works with many local governments to help them meet their affordable housing needs.
If you are a local government agency and would like to discuss your needs for affordable housing contact us at 714/549-4100.
Many of our communities provide computer centers and life skills programs. Our service provider partners are a key ingredient in creating a community that contributes to the value of the neighborhood and the city where it is located.
The long term value and neighborhood acceptance of below market-rate community rests on the shoulders of the property management company. Their work in maintaining the physical property and insuring its conformance with regulatory agreements insures continuing value for investors and a high quality of life for the community’s residents.
