WHO WE SERVE
Our projects provide housing to low-income seniors, families, and people with special needs. WCH’s communities provide over 8,180 affordable apartments for men, women, and children from a variety of backgrounds.

WHAT WE DO
We implement our mission through:

♦ Community Preservation & Development – WCH has comprehensive expertise and experience in acquiring sites, determining financial feasibility, applying creative funding mechanisms, securing financing for all aspects of development, and project compliance. WCH and its affiliates have an ownership interest in 104 affordable housing communities, comprising a total of 8,180 units, located primarily in California– See Communities for more details.

♦ Resident Services – WCH provides or oversees resident services at 63 of its communities. Our service programs include a wide range of health, social, and educational activities designed to empower and prepare residents for a better future. The benefits of our services have proven to go beyond the residents to the community at large by promoting social responsibility, fostering a support system onsite, and decreasing resident turnover – See Resident Services Programs for more details.
